The tools I use are very powerful and usually a great deal can be accomplished in a single session, however most issues require more work and I've found that 5 sessions very often does the trick.
Some problems like chronic depression, serious weight issues, or extensive childhood abuse may require 12 or more sessions to overcome subconscious inertia and reach the tipping point for sustainable change.
This is why I offer substantial discounts on five and twelve session packages. I want to support your commitment to real, lasting change.
My sessions are 90 minutes and can be done by Skype, phone or in person at my Santa Rosa office.

Are Phone or Skype Sessions Just As Good?
I get this question a lot and the answer is YES! Of course I love meeting my clients in person, but around 70% of my sessions are by Skype or phone, and they really are just as effective. These sessions allow you to get the help you need in the privacy of your own home or office, without the stress of driving and parking.
With Skype, we'll still be meeting face to face, and I can guide you visually. But if you prefer a phone session and are new to tapping, click here for a chart of the tapping points to view or print out.
At the appointed time I will call you. It is best to be in a quiet, private space, free from interruptions if possible. A glass of water, tissue or a hanky, and pen and paper to take notes are good to have on hand. If we're doing a phone session, please have a headset or speaker phone, so you can use both hands to tap. It's really very easy. I will guide you with what words to say aloud, and call out each point to tap on as we go along.
The Tuesday Night Tapping Club
